Laser Hair Removal
Indy Laser offers laser hair removal, a solution that permanently disables the cells that regenerate new hair. The laser gently delivers a quick pulse of energy that instantly heats the hair follicles in their active growth phase. Over the next 1–3 weeks those disabled hairs will shed and will not return. It typically takes 6–8 treatments to permanently reduce unwanted hair. Your skin and hair type will have an impact on how many treatments will be required. Not all lasers are safe for all skin types. Indy Laser uses multiple Candela lasers that are FDA Approved and have the ability to safely and effectively treat all skin types.

Venus Viva Skin Resurfacing
How does Venus Viva Nano Fractional Skin Resurfacing work? Venus Viva uses patented scanner technology to send multiple fractional radiofrequency (RF) currents into the skin that results in more uniform, safe, and pain-free treatments. The settings used are customized for you, our patient, after we design a treatment that addresses your specific concerns. The RF currents send microscopic columns of energy through the skin into the dermis. These currents produce heat which injures existing collagen. This prompts the body to heal, which in response makes new collagen. This results in fresher, younger looking skin. Just imagine: A 15-minute Venus Viva session could lead to up to 60% improvement in fine lines, scars, and pigmentation problems (seen after a series of 3 treatments). What’s even better? You should ideally have no discomfort after your treatment, just a bit of redness and warmth. Because of the nano-sized formation on the treatment head, the heat offers little injury to the epidermis, allowing for little to no downtime.

Skin Tightening & Wrinkle Reduction
How Does Laser Skin Tightening Work? Indy Laser Skin Tightening is not only a non-surgical process, but also does not require much time to recover. It is minimally invasive. Deep dermal heating uses infrared lasers to treat wrinkles and a lack of skin elasticity. The laser effectively safely heats the inner layers of skin. Because of the heat, the formation of collagen is induced, essential for a firm and youthful look. A smoother, more youthful appearance will begin to emerge a few weeks following the treatment and will steadily improve over several weeks and months. Typically, optimal results require 6–8 treatments about a week apart.

Laser Hair Removal FAQ
- Does laser hair removal hurt?
- Most clients describe the sensation as a quick rubber-band snap followed by a cooling feeling. Sensitivity varies by area, but the majority find it very manageable — and significantly more comfortable than waxing over time.
- How far apart should sessions be spaced?
- Facial areas are typically treated every 4 weeks, while body areas are treated every 6 to 8 weeks. This spacing follows the hair-growth cycle so we catch each follicle as it enters the active growth phase. A full course usually takes 6 to 8 sessions for optimal results.
- What does aftercare involve?
- For 24 to 48 hours after treatment, avoid hot showers, saunas, intense exercise, and direct sun exposure. Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and SPF daily. Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams between sessions — shaving is fine. We provide a full aftercare card and are available by text if you have any questions.
- When will I see results?
- Hair usually begins to shed 2 to 3 weeks after the first session. You will notice finer regrowth and patchy thinning after 2 to 3 sessions. By the end of a 6-session course, most clients see a 70% to 90% reduction in treated hair. Hormonal areas, such as the face, may need occasional maintenance sessions.
