We have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we handle shipping, refunds and exchanges. The following outlines our refund and shipping policy.
Our standard shipping method is the United States Postal Service, but we may choose to use UPS or FedEx as an alternative as well.
We attempt to ship all orders out within 1 business day of receipt.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Any merchandise which has been opened is considered used and cannot be returned.
For unused services or gift certificates you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered or for unused treatments remaining from purchased packages, even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome. If there is a documented adverse reaction to a service provided, Indy Laser will discuss options on a case by case basis, depending on the situation.
Once your return is received and inspected by Indy Laser (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Indy Laser.
Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact Indy Laser you are unsure any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!

If you, or the person a service or gift is purchased for is deemed to “Not be a good candidate for the service purchased” you may:
- Request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase of the service or gift certificate.
- Use the value toward another comparable service in the same class of services (i.e. Laser, Venus, Spa, Product)
- Transfer it to another party(i.e. spouse, family member, friend). Once transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
Return Shipping Options
For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly and once processed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If this happens, please call us at (317)575-2737 to ensure we catch it in time.
Damaged or Defective Goods:
Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
